Processing Time

Because many of our products are handmade, hand-painted, and produced in limited quantities, processing times may vary depending on demand and order volume.

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

  • Incorrect shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

We carefully package every order to help ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to contact us within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for customs delays or fees once the package leaves our facility.
