Are your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every Gee Alchemy creation is individually produced, finished, and packaged by hand. From 3D printing and sanding to priming, painting, and final quality checks, each piece is crafted with care by a single artist. Because of this, no two pieces will be exactly alike, making every creation unique.
How long does it take to complete an order?
All items are made to order. Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece.
Most orders require 7–21 business days for production before shipping.
Larger custom projects may require additional time due to printing, sanding, priming, painting, curing, and finishing processes. We never rush production because quality is our top priority.
Why does production take so long?
Gee Alchemy is a one-person studio specializing in handcrafted art and decor.
Many of our pieces require:
- Multi-day 3D printing
- Hand sanding and finishing
- Priming and paint curing
- Detailed hand painting
- Quality inspection
- Secure packaging

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
Absolutely!
Custom work is one of our specialties. Whether you’re looking for a personalized figurine, vase, memorial piece, decor item, or a completely unique concept, we’d love to discuss your vision.
Custom orders may require additional design time and pricing varies based on complexity.
Can I request changes after placing my order?
Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, changes must be requested as soon as possible. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard shipping throughout the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has completed production, it will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, custom and personalized orders are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, and detailing may occur. These small differences are part of what makes handmade artwork unique and special.
Do you accept bulk or event orders?
Yes! We welcome orders for events, gifts, sip-and-paint kits, business promotions, and special occasions.
