Due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in texture, finish, and detailing may occur and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes every piece unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not considered lost.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
